Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with FB Workwear. We are committed to getting your workwear to you quickly and securely. This policy explains our shipping rates, dispatch and delivery times, carriers and delivery conditions, and should be read together with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We currently ship within Australia only. All prices and shipping charges shown on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

We do not currently offer free shipping; the $14.95 flat rate applies to all standard orders regardless of order value.
3. Dispatch (Handling) Time
Once your payment has been received, in-stock orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders that include custom decoration (branding, embroidery or printing) require additional production time and are dispatched once the work is completed; any applicable lead time will be confirmed with your quote.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and apply from the date your order is dispatched, in addition to the dispatch time above.

• Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday).
• No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times may occasionally vary due to stock availability, remote regional locations, severe weather or other unforeseeable courier delays.
5. Carriers
We dispatch orders using Australia Post together with our trusted courier partners. The carrier used for your order depends on its size, weight and delivery destination.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you tracking details (where available) so you can follow your parcel through to delivery.
7. Secure Delivery Requirements
To protect your order, all deliveries must be signed for. Please note the following conditions:
• No unattended parcels: couriers will not leave parcels unattended unless you have explicitly provided Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout.
• No PO Boxes or lockers: we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect locations. A physical street address must be provided at checkout.
• Missed deliveries: if you are not available to sign, the courier will leave a card and your order will be taken to the nearest post office or depot for secure collection.
8. Returned Parcels & Re-Delivery Fees
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, not collected from the post office in time, or an incorrect address was provided, a $12.00 Return-to-Sender fee will apply. This fee directly reflects the charge passed on to us by the carrier and will be deducted before any re-delivery or refund.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a suitable resolution. Where an item is damaged, please keep the packaging and send us photos to help us resolve the matter quickly. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
